Lawyers for Trump Media said that Litinsky and Moss did not deserve to have shares in the company. They claimed that Litinsky and Moss did not manage the company well. However, a judge in Delaware decided that United Atlantic Ventures could sell its shares in Trump Media.

The judge made this decision after United Atlantic Ventures filed a lawsuit against Odyssey Transfer and Trust. Odyssey Transfer and Trust is a company that helps with buying and selling shares. United Atlantic Ventures wanted to make sure it was allowed to sell its shares, so it asked the judge for help.

When Trump Media's shares were first available to buy, the price was almost $80 per share. However, the price has gone down significantly since then. On Thursday, the price of a share in Trump Media was only $13.98.
