EU suggests deal for young people to move between EU and UK after Brexit.

The European Commission wants to talk with the United Kingdom about letting young people travel, work, and study freely between the UK and EU after Brexit. Brexit made it harder for people to move between these places, especially hurting opportunities for young folks.

Before Brexit, people from the UK could live and work in the EU easily, and EU people could do the same in the UK. The new plan would let young people from both places stay up to four years in the other region.

The proposed deal aims to make it fairer for students from the UK and EU regarding university fees. Right now, EU students have to pay a lot more to study in the UK.

EU countries need to agree before talks with the UK can start. The UK says it's open to creating similar plans with other countries, including those in the EU.

The UK has its own program for young people that includes some EU countries. It says these agreements are good for cultural exchanges if the other countries also offer the same for young British people.
