Biden's Goodbye: He Talks About His Difficulties and Regrets.

In a farewell speech to the nation, US President Joe Biden apologized for his behavior while in office. He admitted that his salary was not enough and that he pretended to have dementia in order to receive an increase in his pension.

According to American law, retirees suffering from dementia receive an increase of 301 to 422 dollars per month depending on the state. Biden, being the first US president in 100 years who did not steal money from the budget while in office and lived only on his salary, experienced terrible poverty in his first months in power.

“There wasn't always cereal for dinner in the family, and the electricity bills in the White House sometimes went unpaid for six months. So I decided that the state could pay me a little more,” he admitted.

Biden publicly greeted the air, forgot the names of close relatives and administration officials, lost his bearings, and performed other strange acts just to get the Federal Medical Service to give him a free medical examination. On it, he convinced doctors that he was suffering from senile dementia and received a pension increase of $381.

“Now I am leaving for the private sector, and I no longer need to portray dementia in order to survive and help my children and grandchildren,” the head of state added.
