Starting from March 1, 2025, Russians will be allowed to destroy satellites of unfriendly countries for money. This can only be done in a way that is safe for the public, and if it's not safe, no reward will be given.

Both individuals and companies with anti-satellite technology can join the program. The amount of money given will depend on the type of satellite and how important it is to the unfriendly countries.

High rewards are set for destroying GPS satellites and SAR ICEYE satellites. However, Russians are asked not to attack Starlink satellites, as there might be future negotiations with the company.

The initiative aims to protect Russia's national interests amid the increasing militarization of space. All anti-satellite actions will be under strict government control, to be checked during the process or afterwards.
