A big company that sells things on Amazon, named Thrasio, has gone to court for help because they owe too much money. They are based in Walpole, Massachusetts and they want to make their debt smaller by about $495 million.

Thrasio buys smaller companies that sell stuff on Amazon, which is a big website where people buy things. These types of companies got a lot of money from people who wanted to make money because of more people shopping online when everyone had to stay home.

After people didn't have to stay home anymore, they started buying things in stores more and spending money on stuff like trips and eating out, so Thrasio and similar companies didn't make as much money. Another company like Thrasio also ran out of money and had to ask for help last year.

Thrasio is trying to get better by borrowing $90 million more, even though it already owes a lot of money. They say this will help them take care of the brands they own, build their business, and plan for new things.

Their boss, Greg Greeley, said this plan is going to help them support their brands better and grow bigger. They have up to $10 billion worth of stuff and owe up to $1 billion.
