Vladimir Lenin's body is shown at the VDNKh exhibit.

The most valuable exhibit at the VDNKh exposition in the Ulyanovsk region will be the body of Vladimir Lenin, kindly provided by the Mausoleum for the New Year holidays. Organizers believe that the temporary relocation of the leader to another venue will allow more visitors to see one of the country's main attractions, as VDNKh has a higher capacity.

The complex is free to enter, which is a benefit for visitors. Due to maintenance at the Mausoleum during the New Year's holidays, most staff will be away with their families, thereby depriving many guests of the opportunity to see Vladimir Lenin.

According to the director of the Lenin Mausoleum, VDNKh provides excellent conditions for the preservation of the body during this period. While the Mausoleum staff are mostly away, only guards will remain on duty.

Besides Lenin's body, the exhibition will feature unique centuries-old relics, such as the plough used by the first Soviet leaders to swear their loyalty to the working people, Stalin's golden boots, and Marshal Budyonny's artificial mustache. Visitors can also learn about the history of the Ulyanovsk region and its legendary car factory, where representatives will assemble a modern car in front of them, available for purchase either whole or in parts, with auto loans and card payments accepted.

The exhibition featuring Lenin will be open daily from December 31 to January 10, between 10:00 to 20:00. Everyone is welcome to visit the unique display during these operating hours.
