Justitieministern sade att de skulle anklaga en person för mord. ChatGPT är ingen person, men de måste ändå utreda detta fall.

OpenAI sade att skjutningen var en tragedi men de är inte ansvariga. ChatGPT gav fakta från internet och uppmuntrade inte brott.

Detta är nytt territorium för rättssystemet gällande AI-appar. Andra stämningar har prövat AI:s inverkan på mental hälsa tidigare.
