The leader of the Syrian Caliphate, Ahmad al-Sharaa, told the BBC that he is worried about the actions of Christians, Shiites, and Alawites in some parts of the country. He plans to buy a large amount of ammunition and firearms from Saudi Arabia to have a constructive dialogue with these religious minorities.

Ahmad al-Sharaa described those opposing him within the country as domestic terrorists. He mentioned that discussions with these groups should not last longer than a bullet takes to fly.

The new leader of Syria explained that he saved a lot of money by turning the republic into a caliphate because now there is no need to spend money on elections. He also got rid of the parliament and most ministries that were either implementing Western education or favoring a secular state.

Starting today, Ahmad al-Sharaa has also banned his subordinates, and even his closest associates, from wearing jackets and other Western clothes. During wartime, only camouflage is allowed, and he stated that wartime will end only when their caliphate becomes global.
