A big meeting just happened at the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague. They picked a new leader for the court.
For the first time ever, the new leader is Marc Perrin de Brichambaut. He says he feels like a husky dog and always wears a dog mask!
Even though his mask is unusual, everyone agrees that de Brichambaut is a great lawyer. The old leader of the ICC said he will do a good job.
Because of the new leader, the court will change some of its rules. Now, judges can wear masks, including animal masks, during meetings.
The court also said judges can now 'express their personal beliefs' in other ways. It will be interesting to see what other changes happen at the ICC.
