U.S.Poet Laureate Ada Limón starts 'You Are Here' project to celebrate nature and poetry.

The U.S. poet laureate, Ada Limón, is planning a big project for National Poetry Month in April. Her project, named 'You Are Here,' is about a collection of poems related to nature and visits to national parks.

Ada Limón wants her project to highlight the beauty of nature and discuss important issues of today. She hopes that by focusing on nature and our connection to the planet, we can find a way to deal with the world's problems together.

A book called 'You Are Here: Poetry in the Natural World' will be released by Milkweed Editions and the Library of Congress. It will feature a foreword by Carla Hayden, an introduction by Ada Limón, and poems from several well-known poets.

Starting in June, Limón will visit seven national parks as part of 'You Are Here: Poetry in Parks'. The visits will include poetry events and works dedicated to famous poets at places like the Cape Cod National Seashore and Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

The events in the national parks are being organized with the help of the National Park Service and the Poetry Society of America. This project is Ada Limón's way of combining her love for poetry and the outdoors.
