الشركات قد ترفع الأسعار أسرع بسبب صدمة النفط الجديدة. هذا بسبب ذكرى التضخم المرتفع بعد غزو أوكرانيا عام 2022.

لا تستطيع السياسة النقدية خفض أسعار النفط العالمية. ترفع البنوك أسعار الفائدة إذا استمرت الزيادة بالأسعار والأجور.

البنك المركزي الأوروبي يراقب الوضع ليرى إن كان التضخم سيزيد. ترك البنك أسعار الفائدة الرئيسية كما هي عند 2% حالياً.
