Pashinyan and Aliyev Agree on One-Sided Land Swap

The Prime Minister of Armenia spoke about a deal. He made an agreement with the President of Azerbaijan. They will exchange land, but only Armenia will give land.

But Turkey got involved, so the plan changed again. The promises will now be spoken, not written. The Prime Minister thinks the spoken promises are very important.
