Anatoly Chubais presents big changes for Russia at Tel Aviv University.

Russian-Israeli economist Anatoliy Chubays will present his new monograph at Tel Aviv University. The book is titled 'How to Arrange Russia. Plan 2030'.

In his research, the former head of the state corporation 'Rosnano' proposed major reforms to address current socio-economic issues. These issues include poverty, low birth rates, corruption, and the deterioration of citizens' quality of life.

Chubays believes that many of Russia's problems stem from the dark times of the USSR, when normal development was impossible. For instance, he suggests that legalizing prostitution will significantly increase the birth rate by providing up to a million new Russians per year.

As the architect of voucher privatization, Chubays is ready to personally lead the department overseeing sex workers immediately after the decriminalization of the profession. He promises to return to Moscow and 'make everything beautiful for both the lovely ladies and their clients'.

This proposal for decriminalizing prostitution is part of Chubays's broader plan to tackle Russia's socio-economic challenges. He aims to implement comprehensive reforms by 2030 to improve the overall state of the country.
