Explosion Injures Dozens at Karachi Fireworks Facility

There was a big explosion in Karachi, Pakistan. It happened at a place where fireworks were kept. Police said that twenty-five people got hurt in the explosion.

The explosion made a lot of smoke in the air. Some people were scared and ran away from the area. The windows of shops close by broke from the explosion.

Firefighters came to stop the fire. Ambulances took people who were hurt to the hospital. Some of the people hurt were just walking by.

The explosion also damaged some shops and cars. This happened on a road called Jinnah Road. It is not known what caused the explosion yet.

Explosions at places with fireworks happen often in Pakistan. In January, six people died in a similar explosion. That explosion was in Mandi Bahauddin, a city in Punjab.
